24/7 Watch Prayer (09.11.2025 – 15.11.2025)
(I) Intercession for the Nation
1. Entering into God’s Destiny — Thanksgiving and Cleansing
(1) Thanksgiving
“I have made you known to them, and will continue to make you known in order that the love you have for me may be in them and that I myself may be in them.”
(John 17:26)
Thank You, Lord! For You have revealed Yourself to us so that we may know You. Because You dwell in us, Your peace and joy also fill our hearts. Through the Holy Spirit, Your love has been poured into us, so that even though we are not related by blood, we are united in You and love one another as one family in Christ.
(2) Cleansing and Repentance
“Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean; wash me, and I will be whiter than snow.”
(Psalm 51:7)
Lord, forgive us for allowing the glory of the world—its status, titles, and fame—to blind and tempt us, causing us to lose our wholehearted love for You. Cleanse and wash us, Lord, that we may come before You often with watchful and humble hearts, steadfast in prayer at all times.
2. For Kings and Those in Authority
“Praise be to the name of God forever and ever; wisdom and power are his.
He changes times and seasons; he deposes kings and raises up others.
He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning.
He reveals deep and hidden things; he knows what lies in darkness, and light dwells with him.”
(Daniel 2:20–22)
Wisdom and power belong to God. We ask the Lord to grant the leaders and those in authority in New Zealand hearts that fear the Lord. May they seek true wisdom in their personal lives and in governing the nation. Lead this land out of economic stagnation and bless the people of this nation with blessings that come from God.
(II) For the People of This Land
“Lord, the God of heaven, the great and awesome God, who keeps his covenant of love with those who love him and keep his commandments.”
(Nehemiah 1:5)
The one true God is great and awesome, faithful to His covenant and abounding in love. May all the people across New Zealand—of every race and background—come to know the one true God, turn their hearts to Him, love Him and keep His commandments.
(III) For the Church
“So he said to me, ‘This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: “Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,” says the Lord Almighty.’”
(Zechariah 4:6)
“You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden.
Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.”
(Matthew 5:14–15)
Lord, we ask for revival in the churches throughout New Zealand. Fill Your church with the Holy Spirit. When we are weak, renew our strength; when we lose vision, open our eyes to see Your will. May the church become a beacon of light, mercy, and righteousness, shining across this land of New Zealand—healing the brokenhearted and bringing hope to the hopeless.
(IV) For Israel and the Nations
1. For Israel
“For he himself is our peace, who has made the two groups one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility,
by setting aside in his flesh the law with its commands and regulations. His purpose was to create in himself one new humanity out of the two, thus making peace.”
(Ephesians 2:14–15)
Pray for Israel to receive salvation and true peace. May the people of that land come to know Jesus and experience genuine peace that ends all conflict and division.
2. For Sudan
“Lord, you know all their plots to kill me. Do not forgive their crimes or blot out their sins from your sight. Let them be overthrown before you; deal with them in the time of your anger.”
(Jeremiah 18:23)
Recently, the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in Sudan carried out large-scale massacres in El Fasher, killing thousands and displacing countless families who now struggle to survive in terror and deprivation.
Lord, have mercy and comfort those living in fear and suffering. Provide food, water, and basic medical aid to those in desperate need. May Your righteousness prevail—bring justice upon those who have shed innocent blood.
